How much does home delivery cost?
We send orders by CTT across Portugal, including Madeira and the Azores, at the same prices. Delivery costs €2.99 per order and is free from €50, up to 5 kg. You always see the delivery cost in your basket before you pay.
How does collection in store work?
At checkout, choose “Collect in store”. You pay no delivery fee, whatever the order value. We send you a message when your order is ready, and you can collect it at Ria Shopping, Olhão, every day from 10:00 to 22:00.
Which payment methods do you accept?
MB WAY, Visa and Mastercard cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. You always see the total, with VAT and delivery, before you confirm.
Do I need an account to buy?
No. You can buy as a guest with just your name, email and phone, and follow your order through the link we email you. If you prefer, sign in with an Algarve Circle account: it is free, the same account works in several shops in the Algarve, it fills in your details, keeps your addresses and orders, and gives you 10% off at Zaka.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to return it, without giving a reason, and we refund what you paid within 14 days. Opened hygiene items and personalised items may be excluded, as the law allows.
Can I get an invoice with my NIF?
Yes. Enter your NIF (tax number) at checkout and the invoice is issued in your name.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes. All prices in the shop include VAT at the current rate.
