Delivery and collection

You can have your order delivered to your door by CTT, or collect it free of charge from our shop in Olhão.

Where we deliver

Mainland Portugal, with CTT.
Madeira and the Azores: we deliver there too, at the same prices and on the same terms as the mainland.
We do not deliver outside Portugal.

What it costs

Delivery costs 2.99 € per order.
On orders of 50 € or more, delivery is free up to 5 kg. Heavier parcels pay the 2.99 €.

For example, an order of 30 € pays 2.99 € for delivery. An order of 55 € under 5 kg pays nothing for delivery. You always see the delivery cost before you pay.

How long it takes

Usually 5 to 7 working days on the mainland, unless the product page says otherwise.

Collect from our shop

If you prefer, collect your order from our shop, free of charge:

Zaka, Ria Shopping, Av. D. João VI 100, 8700-136 Olhão

The shop is open every day from 10:00 to 22:00. We send you a message when your order is ready. Please wait for our message before coming in.

How long we keep your order: 14 days. If it is not collected by then, we cancel the order and refund what you paid.
