Description
Kitchen cleaver with a broad, rectangular stainless steel blade in a satin finish and a black, shaped handle for a firm grip. At 30 cm overall, it handles cutting meat, splitting small bones and chopping herbs. It is best washed by hand and dried straight away, and used on a wooden or plastic chopping board.
