Ravioli and pasty press mould, plastic, 15 cm

Description

Light beige plastic press mould measuring 15 cm, made of two hinged halves with a crimped edge. A round of dough goes over the mould, the filling sits in the centre, and closing the halves seals and frills the edge of half-moon ravioli, pasties or turnovers. A light dusting of flour helps the dough release cleanly.
