Description
Polished stainless steel pan with pouring spouts on both sides, a long wire handle and a folded wire hook on the opposite side, measuring 24.5 cm. It is made for melting chocolate and butter in a bain-marie, resting over a saucepan of hot water. The spouts help pour neatly into moulds or over desserts.
