Wide skimmer, 35 cm

Description

Wide skimmer measuring 35 cm, with a round black head and drainage holes that let water or stock run back into the pan. The handle has a light-coloured grip that sits comfortably in the hand. It lifts fresh pasta, boiled vegetables, poached eggs or fried food out of pots and pans. The smooth dark head is gentle on non-stick coatings.
