Double-blade slicer with wooden handle, 13.5 cm

Description

Double curved blade chopper in stainless steel, 13.5 cm, with two upright wooden handles in a varnished finish. It is used with a rocking motion over a chopping board to mince herbs such as parsley and coriander, or garlic, quickly. Washing by hand and drying straight away helps protect the wooden handles.
